In 1966 the interviews between famous film critic François Truffaut and infamous filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock were published. Recognized as one of the best works on the craft of filmmaking and the history of the films of Hitchcock – this book has seen several editions over the years. These interviews were recorded and at some point the tapes were discovered in a cupboard.

Thanks in part to the YouTube Channel, the French Moviegoer we now have access to those audio interviews.
